We're thrilled to share highlights from the SAASA-hosted SACC show by the Western Province Cat Club, celebrated on March 23, 2024, as a testament to Maine Coon excellence. The event featured 27 stunning Maine Coons, reflecting the Western Cape's enthusiasm for this breed. Kudos to Adrienne Swart and team for organizing, and to Carol Middleton, Nicole Rawlins, Jade Fisher, and Ella-Blue for showcasing their cats. Thanks also to Hill's Pet Nutrition, Unistel Pets, and Ricky Litchfield for their support.

Our Maine Coons achieved remarkable success:
- Gr Ch Valkyrie Always Dreaming earned 3 certificates to become a Supreme Champion—a first for our studs.
- Ch Valkyrie Kissed By Fire secured three second places and 3 Grand certificates towards the Grand Champion title.
- Ch Valkyrie Shenanigans achieved three third places.
- Valkyrie Improbable received two second places, one first place, and three Premier certificates, achieving Premier status.
- Valkyrie Chasing Yesterday won three first places and three Premier certificates, also achieving Premier status.
- Valkyrie Dream Streak placed second and third in the Neutered Male Kitten ring, impressive for a four-month-old.
- Valkyrie Casanova Kid Of Highlanders was awarded Best In Show in the kitten category, also earning "Best Kitten On Show".
